These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Jamil Productions (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or booking our services, you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
We provide social media video production, social media management, Meta advertising management, graphics, and event photo and video coverage. Each project’s deliverables, timeline, and price are set in a written scope or agreement before work begins.
Prices on this website are “starting at” prices and are for general information. Your final price depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before we schedule anything. We may change our published prices at any time. Changes won’t affect a quote or agreement you’ve already accepted.
If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as possible and we’ll work with you on a new date. Deposits reserve time on our calendar and are non-refundable once a shoot date is confirmed, unless your agreement says otherwise. Shoots affected by weather or other conditions outside anyone’s control will be rescheduled at no charge.
Finished videos are delivered within 72 hours of the shoot.
Each video includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions or changes in direction after approval may be quoted separately.
Delivery times may be extended if we’re waiting on approvals, information, or materials from you, or if events outside our control get in the way.
Finished videos: Once paid in full, you own the finished videos we deliver and can post and use them as you like.
Raw footage: Jamil Productions owns all raw, unedited footage, project files, and unused material.
Reuse: Raw footage cannot be re-edited, repurposed, or used to create new content unless you purchase raw footage or a license, which is available as an add-on.
Before full payment: Until your invoice is paid in full, all rights to the content stay with Jamil Productions.
We may feature work we produce for you in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Just let us know if a project needs to stay private.
Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta. Our fee covers strategy, setup, creative, and management only. Ads are subject to Meta’s policies and review, and we’re not responsible for ads Meta rejects, limits, or removes, or for changes Meta makes to its platform.
Social media and advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, and your audience. We don’t guarantee specific views, followers, leads, or sales.
Everything on this website, including videos, images, text, and logos, belongs to Jamil Productions or our clients and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, or reuse it without our written permission.
Our site and services connect to tools and platforms we don’t control, such as Calendly, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jamil Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services involved in the three months before the claim.
You agree to cover any claims, costs, or damages that result from materials you provide to us, claims your business makes in its content, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, with a new effective date at the top.
