• Booking a call: When you schedule through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and any answers you provide, and shares them with us.
• Working with us: Billing details, business information, brand assets (logos, photos, menus, product details), and access to your social media or ad accounts when it’s needed to deliver the service.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you got here. This is collected through our hosting provider, cookies, and analytics tools.

People who appear in our videos

When we film at a client’s business, the footage may include images and voices of staff, customers, or the public. We use that footage only to produce content for that client and, where permitted, in our portfolio. We do not use facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information.

How we use your information

If you give us access to your accounts, we use it only to perform the services you hired us for. We recommend granting access through each platform’s partner or team-member tools rather than sharing passwords. You can remove our access at any time.

Our site uses cookies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship and as long afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Raw footage is stored according to our client agreements.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and reputable service providers, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that’s wrong
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or contractual reasons
• Stop sending you marketing emails (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email)
