How fast will I get my videos?

Finished reels are delivered within 72 hours of your shoot. If you're working toward a launch or event date, tell us when you book and we'll plan around it.

Who owns the videos?

You own every finished video we deliver, and you can post it anywhere, as often as you like. We keep ownership of the raw footage. Raw footage and reuse rights can be purchased as an add-on, but footage can't be edited into new content or repurposed without that license.

Can I get the raw footage?

Yes, as a paid add-on. Ask on your call and we'll include it in your quote.

How many revisions do I get?

One round of revisions per reel. Since we agree on the plan and the hooks before we shoot, most reels need little or nothing changed.

Do I have to be on camera?

Not at all. Plenty of our best performers are food, product, or behind the scenes videos with no one talking. If you do want to be on camera, we write your lines and coach you through every take.

Who comes up with the ideas?

We do the heavy lifting. Each month we bring a content plan with concepts and hooks for your business, you sign off, and then we shoot.

Do you post for us, or just send the files?

Either one. Every content package comes with finished files ready to post. Add Social Media Management and we'll handle scheduling, captions, and replies too.

Which platforms do you make content for?

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Every reel is exported vertical and sized for each one.
